Revive Superfoods

For so many years throughout high school I never knew what to eat in the morning for breakfast. It was either I wasn’t hungry or I didn’t have enough time to make something for myself so I would have to quickly run out the door with nothing in my stomach (which is so unhealthy). Today, I want to share with you the most quick and yummy meals to grab and go with! 

This is Revive Superfoods! You can pick between a smoothie, acai bowl, or overnight oats that are DELICIOUS! 

The ingredients and direction that I will share with you below is from the morning mocha.

Ingredients 

  1. Cold brew coffee
  2. Cauliflower
  3. Banana
  4. Almond Butter
  5. Cacao
  6. Cinnamon
  7. Himalayan salt 

Such healthy ingredients it blows me mind. They are so filling that you can go all the way to lunch without a snack! It is gluten free, dairy free, plant based, and no added sugars! 

Directions

  1. Fill your cup to the top with your preferred liquid. (tip: almond milk) 
  2. Toss contents into a blender and blend until smooth
  3. Pour smoothie back into your cup
