My Fav book!

Hey everyone! I wanted to share with you a book I recently found at Target that I am in love with! It’s called “Body Love Every Day”. I am always wanting to educate myself on what good things we put in our bodies as well as the bad things. This book which I think is so cool has a meal plan that is called girl on the go that is super flexible for busy schedules like mine which has 15 minute meals you can cook. It also shares how to build a healthy home through cooking, how to incorporate vegan or vegetarian products, and how to prepare for a big event and look your best. It is so self motivating and opens your mind to new things so I highly recommend checking it out. I will link below a picture of the book as well as the link so you guys can go check it out.

Reading is one thing I struggle with the most because I can never sit still. One goal for this year that I made myself was to read, read, read! Another thing I found out about myself is I get bored of the book if it doesn’t relate to my life/goals so a tip to give is definitely find books that interest you!
